GiSTEM Week is an exciting and transformative summer program dedicated to igniting a passion for science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) and business (B) among young learners. Scheduled in July of each year, this immersive experience is designed to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application, preparing students for a future where STEM skills are increasingly vital. GiSTEM Week is committed to promoting diversity and inclusivity, ensuring that girls, regardless of background, have the opportunity to explore and excel.

There will be up to 20 high school girls
Speaker Dates
The dates for speakers are based on their field (July 14, 2025 - July 18, 2025). We will confirm your date after review of your completed form below.
Public Participation
No public participants. Board members, sponsors and volunteers will be in attendance.
Speaker's Presentation
Your presentation should highlight your career journey (challenges, successes, tips), importance of women in your field as well as our focus for that day. We are open to hands-on activities that reflect your expertise and our theme for the week! Speakers will have 15 - 20 minutes to present unless otherwise discussed.
Presentation Format
The presentation will be in-person; however, if needed to be virtual, we can adjust. We recommend the format to be one of the following, but number 3 is highly preferred:
1. Speaking engagement (Speaking only, no presentation)
2. Speaking engagement with a presentation (Powerpoint, images, etc)
3. Interactive engagement (hands-on activity with the participants)
Speaker Informational Briefings
There will be a preparation meeting prior to the event. We will share the date closer to the event.
