3E Day at Hopewell High School

3E Day is a schoolwide career and postsecondary exploration event designed to ensure students are exposed to multiple, equitable pathways for success after high school. The day intentionally brings together employers, colleges and universities, workforce training programs, and enlistment representatives to meet students where they are and help them envision attainable next steps toward their futures. For many students' professional networks and firsthand exposure to postsecondary options can be limited. 3E Day helps close that gap by providing direct access to trusted organizations, role models, and resources that affirm students’ potential and expand their understanding of what is possible. This is a collaborative effort to ensure students are prepared, empowered, and supported as they transition from high school into postsecondary education, enlistment, or the workforce.
