A week-long STEM intensive program for girls exposing them to careers, introducing them to women professionals in the industry, and helping them to develop foundational STEM and business skills. The skills obtained throughout the intensive prepare them to present an innovative solution to their capstone project at the end of the week.

Early in their STEM journey, exemplary program participants are hired to assist with projects, build skills, and expand their network. They receive personalized coaching and career pathway assistance.
